Shipping and Delivery

In stock items

We ship in-stock items within 48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. In some cases, delays may occur due to the nature of our products; if this happens, we will notify you via email.

Preorder items

Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you would prefer preorder items to ship separately from in-stock items, please place a separate order for those items

Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

if the customer refuse delivery additional 500rs fee will be charged to cover shipping and restock fee 

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Delivery usually takes 4-7 days depending on the location.

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not a courier service, and occasional delays or misrouted packages may occur beyond our control. In such cases, we will actively work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a package is returned to us due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment paid by the recipient.
