Refund Policy
You just got the package now what
Upon receiving the package, the customer must record a clear unboxing video before opening it. The video must show the package unopened from all sides, remain in frame at all times, and be continuous, uncut, and unedited.
The video must also clearly show the product being removed from the package, along with any physical damage, incorrect items, or missing accessories. For reference, a bill of materials list will be provided.
Claims for damage, incorrect products, or missing accessories will only be considered if submitted with proper unboxing video evidence.
Return/RMA Eligibility
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or encounter any issues within the warranty period, you may initiate a return request.

How to request a return
To start a return or return request, contact us with:

- Reason for return with proper video proof.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- A product has an actual defect or fault that hinders its usability.
- Have return approval by us.
- Unused and in original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase via mail.
- Did not get what you ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your keyboard arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Warranty
The warranty period applicable to each product will be as stated on the respective product page. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the product’s usability under normal and intended use conditions.

The warranty does not cover change-of-mind returns, cosmetic damage that does not affect usability, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Consumables, accessories, or parts naturally subject to regular replacement are excluded from warrantyunless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
For issues that arise after the warranty period has expired, we will continue to offer paid repair and maintenance services.
Shipping costs
The cost and arrangement of shipping the product back to us will be the customer’s responsibility for either product return or warranty. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it. If the issue is minor, we will repair it; if it cannot be fixed, we will provide a replacement at no additional service cost.
